The Daedalus Hood gives 5 defense, 13% increased magic damage and 7% increased critical strike chance, and +60 max mana.The shards deal 27 true damage and do not benefit from any damage bonuses.Its set bonus gives an additional +5% ranged damage and causes the player to emit a blast of crystal shards when hit. The Daedalus Headgear gives 9 defense, 13% increased ranged damage and 7% increased critical strike chance and reduces ammo cost by 20%.Its set bonus gives a 10% increase to melee speed and +500 Aggro, and the ability to reflect projectiles with a 90 second cooldown, reflected projectiles only deal 50% of their damage to the player. The Daedalus Helm gives 21 defense, 15% increased melee damage and 10% increased melee critical strike chance.The Daedalus Breastplate gives 19 defense, 3% increased damage and critical strike chance, and the Daedalus Leggings give 15 defense, 3% increased critical strike chance and 10% increased movement speed. It consists of a Daedalus Breastplate and Daedalus Leggings as well as five different headpieces: the Daedalus Helm, Daedalus Headgear, Daedalus Hood, Daedalus Mask, and Daedalus Facemask. It requires 6 Essences of Eleum and 32 Cryonic Bars to make the whole set or 10 Essences of Eleum and 60 Cryonic Bars for a set with all five headpieces. Daedalus armor is a craftable Hardmode armor set, crafted from Essences of Eleum and Cryonic Bars.
